We are committed to providing our products on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. Because of the nature of flowers, seasonality, and regional availability, it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal value. 

We will always do our best to preserve the appearance of the arrangement with the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations

Delivery Policy

All deliveries will take place within regular business hours. Should you need your delivery to take place during a particular time frame, please give us a call at (919) 823-2200 and we will try our best to accommodate your request. 

If the Recipient is not Home: 

Depending on the delivery area, if the recipient is unavailable, the transporter will leave the gift in a safe spot. Please note: if the delivery takes place in the warmer months, it is time sensitive. 

Delivery Recipient May Be Contacted: 

In some cases, the florist may contact the delivery recipient to ensure that the arrangement arrives in its freshest form. If we are unable to reach the recipient, the transporter will leave the arrangement in a safe spot.

Request to Leave Item at Door: 

It is the customer's responsibility to take all liability if arrangements must be left unattended.  

Due to the custom nature of each arrangement, once an order is made and delivered, the order is final.
